The new heavy-duty smartphone from IIIF150 can safely be called the thinnest phone in this category: the Air1 Ultra is only 9.55 mm thick.

Despite its thickness, the smartphone is considered well-protected։ it meets IP68/IP69K and U.S. military standard MIL-STD-810 requirements.

It is also the first smartphone with a display at 120 Hz, at least that is what the manufacturer claims. The smartphone features a 6.8-inch display with FHD+ resolution (more than 460 pixels per inch). IIIF150 Air1 Ultra has a processor MediaTek Helio G99 SoC, made by 6-nanometer process technology. The operating system is Android 13.

The smartphone's cameras are quite interesting. The main camera has a 64-megapixel Sony sensor. There is also a 20-megapixel night vision camera and a 32-megapixel front camera.

The battery capacity is 5,000 mAh, and 33W of charging is supported. The IIF150 Air1 Ultra also features an infrared thermometer (-20 to +80 °C) that can be used to measure the temperature of a person, object or environment.

In terms of memory capacity, the smartphones of this series have 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of flash memory.

The smartphone is available in three colors: Obsidian Black, Frost White and Epic Purple.

The IIIF150 Air1 Ultra costs from $200. It is not a bad price for such a reliable phone with good specs.
