The simplicity and convenience of using a website or application depends on whether the user will return to it or not. This highlights the role of IT designers in the process of their creation. Let's try to understand what the specializations of UI and UX designers are, what their difference is, and why these terms are often used together.

What is UX design?

The acronym UX stands for User Experience. The task of this specialist is to create or develop a digital product that will be as efficient, accessible and reliable as possible, and will solve the main problems of users—be useful. That is, they should get a logical structure of the website or application, thanks to which the user will immediately decide how to use it and what he can get from it.

UI Designer: Digital Aesthete

UI is an abbreviation of User Interface. The task of a UI designer is to create an interactive and visual representation of the user interface of a digital product. That is, this specialist creates buttons, promotional banners, and icons, selects fonts, colors, and other visual components that the user uses when using the product. The main feature of this work is to harmonize all the selected components—creating an eye-pleasing combination in accordance with the company's corporate style.
