15 most popular smartphones available on the market today

Sales of high-end smartphones ($500 and up in the US) despite the global trends, increased by 4.7% this year compared to last year, although the smartphone market declined by 13% in the same period in 2022, analysts of Canalys, a technology market analysis company, reported on Twitter.

The most popular smartphone on the market today is the iPhone 14 Pro Max. The next three places were occupied by Apple devices: iPhone 14 Pro, iPhone 14 and iPhone 13.

Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra is on the fifth place in the list of the most popular smartphones. Unlike the first four, this smartphone runs on the Android operating system.

It is followed by another Apple model, the iPhone 14 Plus.

The seventh place was taken by Samsung Galaxy S23, and the more improved version of this device, Samsung Galaxy S23+, came only in ninth place. Among them is the iPhone 12.

The list of fifteen most popular smartphones also included devices from Chinese manufacturers: Xiaomi 13 (which took 13th place) and Huawei Mate 50 (15th place).

Interestingly, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 4 foldable smartphone also appeared on the list, which according to analysts is a good signal for the future of foldable gadgets, since this model was launched only a few months ago, but it has already sold well enough to appear in this list of the most popular smartphones.
