ASUE students and lecturers will use SAP innovation technologies in educational process and research

Armenian State University of Economics (ASUE) and the world's largest provider of enterprise applications SAP announced about collaboration within SAP University Alliance. ASUE will be the first university in Armenia to join the SAP University Alliance as a full member and will be able to teach a range of academic disciplines using SAP products, as well as conduct academic research. The cooperation agreement at the SAP NOW business conference in Armenia was signed by Rector of ASUE Diana Galoyan and Managing Director of Multy-country cluster, SAP CEE Alexander Metechko.

In this way ASUE will join a community of more than 3,100 of the world's leading universities in the education program. ASUE will have the opportunity to teach students, to improve the qualifications of lecturers and to prepare research papers using the world's best practices accumulated by SAP. Students and lecturers will have access to courses and SAP learning systems.

ASUE also plans to participate in the SAP Innovations Challenges program run by the SAP Innovation Center Network. ASUE has planned to create innovation technology work zone/lab, where students will have the opportunity to get acquainted with and use SAP innovative solutions. In addition to that ASUE is planning to organize start up incubation events. The ASUE primary goal in this context is creating digital culture, boosting knowledge-based achievements and providing sustainable job opportunity for the young generation.
